Chronic muscle tension causes pain and discomfort often leading to headaches, low mood, and feelings of irritability. This tension can often stem from emotional states such as stress and anxiety. Use this neck and shoulder stretcher to bring relief and relaxation to these areas of tension.
Instructions: Lay on your back with the stretcher underneath your neck. You can bend your knees or keep your legs straight, whichever is more comfortable. Next, move your head up and down in a nodding motion. Move your head side to side to put pressure on the acupuncture nodes. Apply more pressure for a deeper massage. Move your head and neck in whatever ways relieve the most tension for you.
