Purchase a quarterly or annual subscription box to start your subscription.
Quarterly subscribers: Your subscription will be billed once a quarter and your boxes will arrive around the beginning of the month every 3 months. If you need to make changes, you can login to your account to do so. You are also able to login anytime to order a one-time box or shop our products to send to others or gift yourself. If you ever need to take a break, no worries! Just go to your account to pause your subscription before your next billing cycle.
Annual Subscribers: Your subscription comes with a significant discount and will be billed every 3 months. Your boxes will arrive around the beginning of the month every 3 months. If you need to make changes, you can login to your account to do so. You are also able to login anytime to order a one-time box or shop our products to send to others or gift yourself. If you ever need to take a break, no worries! Just go to your account to pause your subscription before your next billing cycle.
-Any adult wanting to learn more about emotional/mental health and make progress in their life
-Someone who has never been to therapy: this box can be a good starting place to learn about yourself and those around you
-Someone who has been to therapy but is currently not in therapy: this can be a good way to stay on track with what you have learned in therapy
-Someone who is currently in therapy: this box can be a good supplement to what you are currently working on in therapy
Each box includes a Simply Gray researched-based workbook, a 90-day challenge supporting new habits, a handful of therapist-curated products, and a letter from us to you! The type of products in each box will vary dependent upon the topic of that quarter's box.
Each box comes with a 90 day challenge to help you stay motivated and active with your personal work. These challenges are called Simply90, and the Simply90 community is a group of people sharing in these challenges with you. You can find this community through social media using the hashtag #simply90community and #simply90challenge.
If you want to gift Simply Gray boxes to someone, you can choose to set up a subscription for them.
Yes, we offer one-time box purchases. Just check out our Shop to see all the boxes and products currently available. FYI- You will get the best value by subscribing than to purchase an individual box.
If you are a quarterly subscriber, you can move to an annual or semi-annual subscription anytime before your next billing date.
If you are an annual subscriber, you can move to a quarterly subscriber after you have reached the end of your annual subscription.
If you are a semi-annual subscriber, you will move to a quarterly subscription after two quarters.
We do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, let us know within 2 weeks of receiving your box.

Shipping Questions
We currently ship to all US states and territories.
We ship by the 1st of the month each quarter.

Shipping is $7.99 for quarterly and semi-annual subscribers.
Shipping is free for annual subscribers!
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can be ready for your box.
Transit time will take between 2-5 days from the date we ship.
Billing and Cancellation Questions
If you have signed up for a subscription, you will be charged immediatly at checkout for your first box. For every quarter/box after, you will be charged on the 23rd of the month before the box is shipped. For example, your box will be shipped by April 1st so you will be charged on March 23rd.
Your card will be run again the following day and then again two days later. You will receive an email saying your payment has failed and you can update your payment at that time. If your payment is not updated, your subscription will be canceled. You can resubscribe at any time with a new card.

Quarterly subscribers: Your subscription renews quarterly on the 23rd of the month: Dec 23rd, March 23rd, June 23rd, Sept 23rd.
Annual subscribers: Your subscription renews each year on the 23rd in the quarter you signed up.
You can cancel anytime before billing occurs. If you aren't quite ready to cancel, but just need a break, we get it! Just go to your account to pause your subscription.
To cancel, you can login to your account - we will be sad to see you go! There are no cancellation fees. Please note that this cancellation does not provide you a refund for any pending charge nor any boxes previously paid for. You will receive a cancellation email after your cancellation is complete.
